Not all commodities can be shipped to all countries (please check
with Customer Services if you have any doubt).
If you have any doubts
about the goods you are to ship, please feel free to contact Customer
Services who will happy to help you.
It is the shipper’s responsibility to comply
with current government regulations or laws applicable in each country.
Shipments are subject to inspection and possible delay by customs
or representatives of other government authorities.
We will stop or suspend any shipments
that do not have correct sender or delivery addresses within the
label, or contains an address that is not recognised within the UK
or Worldwide, if goods are returned due to address or contents issues
we reserve the right to charge both a storage/admin fee and a return
fee.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend transportation of
any package which does not set out contact details for shipper and
receiver and of goods which, in our opinion, are not practicable
for transportation or are not adequately described, classified or
packed and labelled in a manner suitable for transportation and accompanied
by necessary documentation.
We also reserve the right to delay or
stop any goods that may inturn damage or destroy other goods sent
in that consignment either within the UK or Worldwide or could prove
a danger to our contractors their employees or our staff, see packaging
