FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What time do you collect?
Documents, Parcels, Pallets and Freight are collected between 8.30am to 5.30pm

Do you offer compensation for a late collection?
As we are a carriage broker we do not offer compensation for late or missed collection, as we do not offer a guaranteed service, if a guaranteed service is booked this only applies once the parcel is collected.

What if a collection does not take place?
If a collection does not take place please contact us so we can act upon this.

Can I specify a morning or timed collection?

We apologise but as a carriage/freight broker we can not specify a timed collection as we use several parcel and freight providers who have different collection times.

What happens if I send more parcels than I have booked?
You must let us know straight away so we can charge you, if not your parcel could be lost, delayed and would be void of any insurance.

What is the weight limit of yours services?
The weight limit of all services is shown through the process and you can select the weight band you require before booking, the site will tell you if are unable to send that weight under that service.

What is the parcel size limit?
You'll be told via the booking system if your parcel is to large, however we do offer alternatives so most shipments should be covered.

How can I maximise the effciency of the service so that may goods are delivered witout delay?
Always provide the correct address and postcodes/zip codes for both collection and delivery address. Have your shipments or consignments properly packaged and packed, make sure your goods are ready for collection and the recipient is expecting them.

Will a parcel or consignment be delivered if there's no-one there?
We will only deliver a parcel if a signature can be taken. If this is not the case then a card will be left at either the residential or business address of delivery. This will give details for redelivery and options foe collection from a depot or drop off location.

Will you automaticly redeliver?
Most of the time the carrier will try to deliver on the next wroking day, however they do not have to do this under Are you able to deliver to a PO Box address? We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address either within the UK or Worldwide, there may be alternatives so please always contact Customer Services if you are unsure.
